These Terms and Conditions govern the sale and use of Docgen AI subscriptions and API keys.
Provider
Docgen AI is provided by LR Intel.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

What the subscription includes
Purchases provide a recurring monthly subscription for the Docgen AI VS Code workflow and the API key required to access the subscribed plan.
Included deliverables may include standard generation access, premium review access for higher tiers, and plan-specific usage allowances shown on the pricing page.
Billing and renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle.
Unless cancelled before renewal, the subscription renews automatically according to the billing cycle selected at checkout.
Acceptable use
- API keys are personal to the purchaser or their authorized organization account and must not be resold or shared publicly.
- The service must not be used for unlawful activity, abuse of third-party systems, or attempts to bypass plan limits.
- We may suspend or revoke access in case of fraud, abuse, or non-payment.
Service changes
We may update features, quotas, or operational details when reasonably necessary to maintain or improve the service.
Material pricing or contractual changes will be reflected on the live pricing or policy pages.
